The official language of the Congress is English. English will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions.
Presentation is not compulsory for participation. Authors are limited to two presentations/papers as the first author.
Please note that only the abstracts/full papers, whose authors or presenters have paid at least one registration fee, will be published in the Book of Abstracts/Proceedings/Journals.
The Book of Abstracts will be published before the Congress and the Proceedings will be published after the Congress.
All contributions will be refereed by the Scientific Committee and style of presentation (oral or poster) will be assigned by the relevance of topics and authors’ preferences.
Abstract (BOOK OF ABSTRACTS)
The abstract should be written in English in MS Word, font Times New Roman, size 12 points. Use single spacing with justified alignment. The abstract should contain the aim of the paper, essential research results and a brief conclusion, not more than 300 words.
Key words should be written below the Abstract, no more than five words, separated by commas.
Please use this template for your Abstract.
Posters should not exceed 80 x 100 cm size, portrait orientation. Posters will be displayed throughout the conference. Authors are expected to stand by their presentation during the scheduled poster sessions.
The title should be brief and precise, written in lowercase and bolded, size 12 points. Full name and surname of authors should be written. Authors from different institutions should be marked by superscripts, e-mail should be added to the full address only for the contact person.
The paper should be written in English in MS Word, font Times New Roman, size 12 points. Use single spacing with justified alignment. The length of manuscript, including text, tables, graphs and figures, should not exceed 8 pages, format A-4.
The paper should consist of a Title, list of authors, authors’ addresses, Abstract, Key words, Introduction, Material and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions and References.
Tables and figures must be incorporated into the text. The numbers and titles should be written above the tables and below the figures. The graphs should be prepared using applications capable of generating high resolution GIF, TIFF, JPEG.
References should be listed at the end of the paper in alphabetical order.
